Together with colleagues from Durham University, King’s College London, the University of Nottingham & the University of Zurich I will be hosting a 2-day workshop (06.09. & 07.09.2017; @Department of Political Science room:tba) on the design and implementation of field experiments with legislators:
Focussing on the design of our own field experiment in the UK, we will discuss some key challenges of field experimental studies with legislators:
- Recruitment (letter senders)
- Treatment strength & assignment
- Organization challenges
- Conducting pre-test & what to learn from them
- European-wide network on field experiments
